Nesco Mobile Application
We collaborated with Nesco Autotech Ltd, a company aiming to enhance the vehicle maintenance process at Cameroonian automobile workshops. Our goal was to develop a mobile application that would address existing challenges and inefficiencies, improving the efficiency and reliability of vehicle maintenance. The result was a comprehensive software solution that streamlined the maintenance process, leading to increased productivity and better service quality in the workshops.

Problem
The vehicle maintenance process at Cameroonian automobile workshops was fraught with numerous challenges and inefficiencies. Common issues included poor record-keeping, inconsistent maintenance schedules, difficulty in tracking repair histories, and a lack of standardized procedures. These problems led to delays, increased costs, and reduced customer satisfaction. The company needed a robust solution to identify and address these inefficiencies, ensuring a more streamlined and reliable maintenance process.
Task
Our primary task was to design and implement a mobile application tailored to the specific needs of Cameroonian automobile workshops. This involved a thorough analysis of the existing challenges and inefficiencies in the vehicle maintenance process. We aimed to create a user-friendly application that would facilitate better record-keeping, standardize maintenance procedures, enable easy tracking of repair histories, and ultimately improve overall workshop efficiency and reliability.
